Finally, I've decided to tell the Nicole Heart creation story. I wish the story began like this... but it doesn't. This is my story. Nicole Heart YouTube channel was started after I became sick. I was diagnosed with everything under the sun. It all just came tumbling down on me at one. I began spending large amounts of time alone...thinking about my diagnosis. I was diagnosed with a pituitary tumor. I needed to start making changed immediately.... but I did't know where to start. So I began eliminating chemicals from my body. I learned how to make soap, deodorant, and toothpaste, but that wasn't enough. It was time for me to open my eyes, and see things more clearly. I needed to change my diet. So I began buying organic produce. I even grew a garden in my backyard. And when I did buy meat, I made sure that it was organic. Know your farmer, know your food -it's more than just a slogan. I have found hope and healing in natural remedies. For example, for years, over 10, 15 years I took iron supplements. I went from taking 1 iron supplement a day, to two taking 2 iron supplements a day, to taking 3 supplements per day. No matter how low my iron dropped, no matter how long I took it, do you know what worked for me? Do you know what helped me? Do you know what natural remedy helped me? SPINACH! When I began to eat spinach everyday, just a little spinach, my iron level increased. Never have I ever had to take another iron supplement again. And then that turned me on to something. I started thinking. WAIT A MINUTE! Why did't my doctor tell me to eat spinach? The facts are simple. Every time you eat or drink you are either feeding disease or fighting it. There is no in-between.
