Welcome to AT&T How To Videos.
Today we will be showing you how set up BlackBerry® Messenger (BBM®) with the BlackBerry® Z10.
Begin from the home screen, tap BBM®.
Tap Create New
Next, enter the required information, and then tap Sign Up
Please Note: You may also set up an existing account through Restore using Device Switch
or Restore using Email. Follow the on-screen prompts to associate an existing BBM® account
with this device using one of these two methods.
A message screen will display, here tap Continue.
Tap OK.
To complete the setup process, you must have at least one contact established.
To invite, tap Invite to BBM®.
Next, enter your recipient's name, phone number, or email address, and then tap Send.
When a response is received, the contact will be displayed in the contacts screen.
To Configure BlackBerry® Messenger settings, begin from the BlackBerry® Messenger screen,
swipe down from the top of the screen, and then tap Settings.
Then Tap the following fields or toggles to adjust the settings:
Show what I'm listening to
Show my country and time
Allow BBM calls over mobile networks
Contacts layout
Grid
List
Show display pictures in chats
Automatically record voice notes
Add contacts on tap
Security question on invites
Music status updates
Save chat history
Delete chat history
Blocked contacts (Edit blocked contacts list)
