Hi, my name is Jurgen Doreleijers.
Today I would like to show you how to use the NRG-CING website.
NRG-CING contains CING validation reports of all biomolecular NMR structures.
As you can see here, there are about 9,000 NMR entries for which NRG-CING has a report.
Let's click on one of the images in the left-most column like this entry 9pcy.
This takes us directly to the NRG-CING report of entry 9pcy.
For more info on these reports you can watch the other CING tutorials.
Okay, let's go back to NRG-CING by using the browser back button.
You can download the complete report clicking on the download image here.
When you hoover over a header then the content of that column will be described.
For instance this column contains the number of chemical shifts from BMRB.
You can sort on each column by clicking on it.
Click on it again to reverse the order.
You can also query by entering text in this box here.
The table will be filtered to show you only entries that match your query.
For example, let's type beta.
You can now see all entries that are beta according to the Chothia classification scheme.
Here you can see that there are 1,511 entries even though we're only showing five.
With these buttons on the bottom right you can flip through the pages.
For example I can switch to the last page.
With the selection on the top left you can change the size of the pages.
We plan to add more selection functionality to this table in the future.
The button here will download a CSV file of the table.
Let's open the file with a text editor.
The file contains all the selected rows even if they were out of sight in the table.
Well, that's all for now.
For more information watch the other CING tutorials.
