Now, I would like introduce
my shiatsu.
Its works and effect very well.
I would like to press this way,so thats why I put my arm like this, you know..
Actually, if you wanna press this way, your body supposed to be here, kind of hard position..
so, I will bend my arm, and I get reflection from here, you konow what i mean?
and then, you just let it yourself go toward to client or whereever the point.
You dont have to press hardly,
just relax, and press with your finger, thats it..
Timing you gonna do for pressing siatsu..
.is.. like, 1.2.3.4 and
1.2.3.4. and break,
1.2 press hardly and 3 press one more hard press, and leave at 4.
I suggest you should follow your rythm of your breath,
its not good to be different time
for each between inhale and ex,
so you should think maybe same speed as inhald and exhale.
these 3 are good spot
for stiffing sholder press.
when you see those 3 spots,
you can ease their
shoulder relax and better easily.
You should know these 3
very important spots for shoulder.
when you see those spots,
customer has a great stimulation from their body,
you should train to find those spots hardly with your finger.
For neck, bunkai-kosen in japanese
where is between head and neck.
you feel when you finger got blocked?
if you treat left side,
you press toward to right eye,
or aroud eye brows, like shooting archering.
keep straight going toward this way.
ou can arrange or adjust appropriate degree to do this,
I guess you can put 45 degree to the nece.
I think this is the best to do.
you press this way,
and you automatically toward to this way.
there are 3 ward, tenchu, fuuchi, kankotu s tsu
for good word of Tsubo.
You can find this tsubo gradually
you try to do this little by little.
I can give you little advice is..
when you hit your finger at BUNPITSU line, you can just follow and
keep touching on this line.
You press, but you pull, like this.
Just a little.
and then, it starting effect to all over.
its kind of hard to explain..
and then, now, you can treat this line of neck.
you had better not stand your finger,
like lying your finger on them.
you gonna use your top face part of your finer.
if you use to tip of finger,
maybe too much press you have,
so you gonna you all of your finger.
Actually neck is very sensitive,
so you can spread your press from your figer, not just one pin point.
so if you making press too hard accidentaly,
even not on purppose, patient wont feel too hurt
or anything bad stimulation.
