Cheers from LACE. Want to show you today how to make our classic LACE cocktail using Asian Pear. We'll first start off with our old fashion, um, glass filled with ice. Take a shot of tequila. Today we're using tequila. You can use *** gin or rum. But I like tequila a lot. Very nice with the Asian Pear It actually compliments the flavor quite well. Smoothes out the tequila. because not everybody can handle their tequila. Even though they really secretly love it. That's... I'm convinced. So here we go, one shot... tequila. And then we are going to do four shots of water. And you can always make it a little stronger or a little weaker by putting in more water or more alcohol. Ok, so we got two here. three. four. you'll get to be a pro at this where you won't even need to use a shot glass. You'll just be able to eyeball it in your glass. So, now what you want to do is take your Asian Pear. And we recommend about two squirts for a nice smooth flavor but you could add a little bit more if you like. So, Im going to go ahead and put the two in here so you can see what this is like. (silence during instant replay) So simple. You don't need a bartender. You don't need a shaker.
