"Rei-shabu salad" (Pork salad) with "mizuna greens" and white radish sprouts
Ingredients "mizuna greens" for garnish 1 packaged salad (available at stores) 1 packaged white radish sprouts About 160g(15 pieces) thinly sliced pork, for shabu-shabu 1 tomato
Wash "mizuna", trim off ends, and cut coarsely.
Then start boiling on the range by small pot.
Spread 1 packaged salad (100g), and "mizuna greens" on plate.
Wash white radish sprouts, cut off the roots. And put in a colander.
When brought to a boil, put the pork in the pot. And heat until cooked through. (Don't put too many pork into the pot at once. Capacity of this pot, boil at once, about 3 pieces of appropriate.)
Then transfer to a bowl of cold water,
and toss gently to the salad.
Repeat the same way, heat the remaining pork, and cold, toss.
When arrange the all pork,
sprinkle with white radish sprouts on top.
To finish, slice the tomato, and serve.
