The most magnificent Septembery Sunday everyone.
Wow.
Welcome to see and hear The Legend of Zelda piano concert.
I'm Riku Niemelä, and some of you may have seen me playing before.
That is a year ago in Tracon7.
The concert last year was born from my own desire.
To show how much I love both piano and Zelda.
But then it came out that many of you shared this love.
So this time the concert arises by popular demand.
But don't think I wouldn't still enjoy playing to you.
In fact now when a year has gone by and I'm standing here, -
I have to say that it feels great to be back.
So The Legend of Zelda piano concert.
This is divided into two parts, which of the first one, -
is named "The Kingdom of Light".
"The Kingdom of Light", also known as Hyrule, -
has usually been the mainstage for the Zelda-adventures.
The music of this first part portrays the main themes of Hyrule.
Light, color and everything between: peace, harmony and the joy of life.
So it's time to begin our journey. I'm glad you're taking part in it.
And I'm hoping you will enjoy this at least half as much as I will.
Thank you.
Thank you. You probably noticed my tension. Sorry for that.
Anyway that was "The Kingdom of Light".
Though it began from light it ended with rather miserable tone.
The next part has been named as "The Reign of Shadow".
It represents the darker and heavier tones of the Zelda-series.
As a counterbalance to all the light and color that Hyrule stands for.
But no need to worry. If the first part got us from light to darkness, -
where can we end up now when we start from dark?
No Zelda-game has ever leave it's adventurer crying.
Except out of great joy. Let us continue.
- Play it again!
Great thanks to everyone. Have a good time at Tracon.
Take care of yourselves, for to take better care of each other.
Thank you.
One more thing. If there's any Zelda-costumes in the audience, -
could you all please gather here for a group photo?
