Welcome to Rob's Healing Lessons. The topic where it is about
today is called, is your Pituitary overworked?
Pituitary, a small gland in the brains produces 80% of your
normal hormone balance.
It does not do that with the most people. Why not?
For example, because you are a perfectionist.
Why not, for example you are one of niceties.
Someone from the audit.
Everything must be exactly so and so.
If you are a perfectionist, if you really are in control
it means that your thinking keeps going on.
Day and night.
As a perfectionist you are busy while you are sleeping
with tomorrow this and that, next week so and so.
I must doing it better than then.
That makes, if your thinking can not relax,
the pituitary gland also not can relax.
That is why this story is called, Pituitary overworked.
And the same is with niceties.
With niceties you're always busy to stop the control.
If your pituitary gland can not relax, your mind
not unwindwhile during your sleep than that the actvity falls
down by 60%.
That means, you produce from your Pituitary
only 20% hormones. That is not enough.
That you'll notice.
You notice to skin, hair and feathers.
You sit not good in your skin.
You feel this is my life but that is not.
How can you improve this situation?
You can, for example at night all drink no more coffee.
Because coffee activates your mind. Makes you think faster.
And more active.
By not doing that comes more peace in your life.
What you can do is before you go to bed
search some relaxation.
You can read a book, but not a book with wich
your thought had to be very active.
Rather an airy, a simple story or something.
TV watching also helps to bring peace at least if you will see no heading news.
What you can do is visualizing.
Visualize that you have screwed your head off.
Counter clockwise. Bring under the arm.
On the side of your heart you stuck your head.
If you do that then you feel all right that your whole body
but also your head going to be much quieter.
And not to forget, also important to meditate.
Suppose you meditate in the evening 5 or 10 minutes.
Just sit down somewhere, close your eyes
and then of course you hear still everything.
If you close your eyes you will not see much,
but psychics of course.
You notice if you do that about 5 minutes or 10 on an evening,
your whole body will rest.
The main way that gives you the most
is releasing the control of your life and faith
and trust the upper world that your life prepares.
Trust that your life will be on the right way.
You do not have to shoot in stress.
You do not need to shoot in awe.
How I now have to pay the bill. Of course, this is a problem.
I get that.
But by having confidence that it will come ok,
you get a different kind of energy to you.
