Hi, I'm Jabari Pride, we're back with ExpertVillage.com. We just got done doing high knees, now this
is a great time to incorporate Stride in your drills. A Stride is, pretty much just running.
Alright? It's not an all out sprint but it's not a jog, it's kind of somewhere in the middle.
It's great to mix it up when you are doing these drills, to do a Stride because it really
loosens everything up while you're doing your drills, between each drill. So now a Stride,
now when you're running a Stride, you're bringing your hands from a forty five degree angle
here down to a ninety. Actually it's even o.k. to break a a little bit past ninety,
maybe even into another forty five, if you know, you're picking up the pace of your Stride.
Make sure that when you are Striding, you are running, it's like you're doing the high
knees but you're actually moving forward a lot faster, so you are going to have a longer
Stride out in front of you. You're going to be stepping out even further with that leg
that's going to be out ahead of you. So a Stride will look something like this, and
that's a Stride.
