Buildings consume a lot of energy for heating and air conditioning. This finds direct reflection in expenses counted in hundreds of thousands of euros spent each year. The unique character of this solution is based on the system’s cooperation with a wide variety of monitoring equipment and automatics of different makes, Responsible for controlling and steering of given installations. The system allows analysis of collected data, so the use of energy media in the house can be optimized. The data from monitored objects is transferred by GSM or Ethernet. The system is dedicated to owners and real estate administrators interested in energy saving and the safety of all installations operating in a building. PROMAR technology brings cost reductions in over 500 buildings across Poland, for example, in City Halls in Poznan and Bydgoszcz or the Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz. Wojciech Bartczak, Deputy Director of Investments in Opera Nova, Bydgoszcz: We have reduced the contracted power for thermal energy from 1,8 to 1,3 MWatts i.e. 28% less, While the total use of thermal energy has been reduced by 24%, which gives savings of over 25 thousands euro annually. It is worth adding, the company is engaged not only in communal heating but also in air conditioning and ventilation systems for buildings. Although there still remain opportunities on the Polish market, governing bodies of the company consider expansion of services on the world market.
