Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village, and today we'll be talking about making sweet
potato and squash vegetarian lasagna. Now for the second layer, we're going to put our
squash on top of the noodles. It's probably a good idea to let your squash cool before
you start doing this. Make one layer. Make sure you get all the extra marinade in there
as well. After that, you want to put half of your vegetables in here. You just want
to go ahead and make sure you spread the vegetables out evenly the best you can. You don't want
all the zucchini and all sweet potatoes over here.
