Hi! My name is Ashley Ludman from Seaside Yoga. Here to tell you briefly about Tummo
Yoga. So this is a practice that is in its essence. It's more of a meditative practice.
The practitioner links to a specific style of Yoga. Which helps to initiate this internal
heat within. So the practitioner would meditate and create this internal fire to directly
access the heat within, his or her physical body. It's a style of Yoga that is practiced
by only you know, a small percentage of the Yoga practitioners. And it's more of an internal
Sadhana. And Sadhana means your spiritual practice. The purpose of this style of Yoga
is to increase the internal heat. And therefore to reach a greater form of self realization.
So in essence, that's Tummo Yoga. Thanks for joining me.
