Downward facing dog human. Next posture we are going to come into is downward facing
dog. You are going to come down to the floor if you got a yoga mat you could go ahead and
come up to your mat. We are going to come to all floors. Our hands are shoulder distance.
Our knees are hip distance we are going to curl our toes under and we are going pose
our hips towards our heels. We are going to lift our but in the air and we are going to
drop our head. This is the pose that you often you see dogs assume when they want to play
with one another. If you like you could just press one heel or the other down to the floor
and sort of press your heart out between your legs. Hold here for a few breath. Just allow
your head to drop, lift the sit bones up towards the ceiling. Get a nice stretch to the shoulder
this vine and through the back of the legs. When you are ready inhale come forward and
just drop your knees to the floor.
