The Sütiş brand was founded in 1953.

We mostly prefer traditional Turkish breakfasts.
Part of our breakfast range consists of organic products.
If we were to give an example… Cheese, egg, clotted cream,
as dried fruits, apricot, fig and tomato.
Our aim is a breakfast concept consisting of only organic produce.
Our meats are special because a resting method is applied. Fresh meat is not used.
Only after it has rested for some can it be taken our for service.
We use dairy cow for our more meaty dishes.
Currently, a limited part of our ranch takes care of this.
The main branch of our profession is custards and milk desserts.
The milk used in all our milk desserts are 60% buffalo milk.
We set up our own buffalo farm in Kırklareli and right now the milk that we use in these desserts comes from our own farm.
