hey guys back with another video please leave a like on this video also make

topic that is true to my heart and I really wanted to talk to you about this
topic because of the simple fact that people are afraid to go on weight loss
journeys or lose any kind of weight because they're afraid that they're
going to be taken away from the foods that they love and the fact of the
matter is and I wrote this down 207 he reading my notes here was it actually
yes but uh you know I was reading my notes and so I wouldn't forget exactly
how I want to say to you but the fact of the matter is it's not what you eat and
it's not if you don't have to make big sacrifices when you're trying to lose
weight because the biggest issue is not what you're eating the biggest issue is
what time of the day you're eating these foods the pancreas for number one shuts
down around 7 o'clock stuff that breaks down your food and brings it down to the
digestive tract and breaks it down and make sure everything's running smoothly
things shut off we're on a clock so I do recommend people do intermittent fast
I'm going to be pushing that on my channel a lot I don't mean pushing
people to do it I'm just talking about talking about it it's got to be a lot of
talking about DRI fasting healthy dry fast because I know that there are
people in the community I've watched channels and I am like I'm subscribed to
Sean Walsh that give you know some fast a bad name because they do long time
fast like dry fases and then they get delirious you find them in the bathtub
drinking the urine and they're making videos I don't even think that they know
that they even made the video when they look back at it you know look back at
the video themselves they just was out of it and they probably should have been
in the hospital but they were on YouTube making a video trying to be dedicated
people to their viewers and giving them updates and they were making themselves
weaker and weaker to the point that by the time that they did rehydration it
could have been their last time but anyways getting off the subject I
don't want to get way off the subject but you can go on a weight loss journey
and you can still eat what you want to eat but you have to stop eating at 8 9
10 11 o'clock at night or you can't sleep a midnight snack or stuff like
that you have to find a window that's right for you if you're not a person
that someone impressive that's even great you can eat from 12:00 noon this
is 5:00 or 6:00 at night I don't recommend you eat after 7 o'clock and
always eat when you're hungry not when you feel like you're bored that is our
biggest issue now is that we're eating just because the food is there and we
have nothing else to do so we're snacking while we're looking at
a TV programs we have to break some of the old habits that we have we can still
look at the TV program but that doesn't necessarily mean that we need to eat
while we're looking at that program also if there's foods that you like to snack
on maybe if you have three meals a day and snacks in between cut them down the
two meals a day and add those little snacks that you eat after those two
meals have them right with those meals after you eat that like if you have two
meals a day say lunch and dinner when you finish with your lunch have the
snack and then when you finish with your dinner have the dessert snap whatever
you want to call it have it then while you're having your four-course meals and
don't stretch them out because when you do that the body again like I said in
another video of this week it's either you're telling the body to store that
food as energy for later which is gonna store it as fat or you're telling the
body to use it as energy now and whatever the body doesn't burn off let
me tell you something that you don't know it's going to store it as fat and
with that happening you're not gonna be ahead of the game you're gonna be left
back here and you're gonna continuously to gain weight and you're not going to
get to your goal so please stop buying buying into the eating six small meals
and a rev up your metabolism and that probably does have a scientific proof to
that you know but it also what you're eating can be stored and make you fat as
well so I don't want to make this video too long but it's just something for you
to think about I like to make my videos within 5 minutes because I want you to
soak in the information there's always tomorrow to go on to another topic of
things tips and advice that I like to give to my viewers and my potential
subscribers but I want you to soak in the information one day at a time and
one step at a time so with all that being said please subscribe to the
