Hi, my name is Andy Kurtzig and I founded JustAnswer.com six years ago when my wife was pregnant with our first daughter and had lots of questions about the crazy changes her body was going through. So, she decided to call her doctor and her doctor told her, "That's not how it works, you have to bring in your list and I'll see you in a month." So we got on the internet and started searching around and up came one hundred thousand results with crazy disease "A" "B" and "C" and we didn't know what to do. It freaked us out. So, we decided right then and there that I would build a website where she could ask a question, 24/7, talk to a real verified doctor. Live and online. Without waiting a month and without all the hassle. That's why I started JustAnswer.
