I specialise mainly in reputation management and intellectual property work. >> RUSS: Can you tell me about any memorable times you have had at the firm? >> TIM: In 2008 I acted for Max Moseley in relation to his ground breaking privacy case against news of the world which lead to him being awarded record privacy damages but everything I learnt on the Law degree is used day-to-day here in my job. It's perhaps a bit more interesting than sitting behind a desk and drafting documents for hours on end. It's exciting and it gets you into court and it can be good fun.
