NOTICED ALL THESE PEOPLE
STANDING HERE IT WAS KIND OF

PEOPLE ARE IN LINE. THE PROBLEM
IS THE ENERGY
ASSISTANCE PROGRAM CAN ONLY
ACCEPT 25 PEOPLE IN THE
MORNING AND 15 IN THE AFTERNOON.
IT'S A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
KIND OF OPERATION. "THERES SO
MANY PEOPLE OUT HERE FACING
DISCONNECT NOTICES AND FOR
LIGHT AND THEY HAVE FAMILIES TO
FEED THEY'VE WORKED 10 15
YEARS OF THERE LIFE.. THEY NEED
A LITTLE HELP."

HEATING BILL. BUT IF THE
PROGRAM MEETS
