Arrow welcomes back a familiar face! Alex Kingston, of "Doctor Who" and "ER" fame, played
Dinah Lance on the CW show's first season and is confirmed to return in episode 14,
filming now. Kingston's character, the mother to Laurel and Sara, was of course obsessed
with finding Sara after the yachting trip that went south in Season 1. Now, we know
that Sara did in fact survive the wreck AND is the vigilante known as Black Canary, but
