Hi this is Dave for Expert Village today we're going to discuss champagnes and sparkling
wines okay like any wine champagne comes in different sizes of bottles depending on how
what your needs are also they age differently in different size of bottles. So here's a
few that we have okay the smallest bottle here is called a split this is good for 1
1/2 or so glasses so good for single portions. And then there's also something in between
there's a half bottle perfect for a couple just to have a glass or 2 of champagne, then
here's your classic bottle, the one most people are familiar with this. This is a 5th or 750
milliliter when most people have and then there's a magnum this is a 2 bottle size and
then we have a Jeroboam this is for 4 bottles of champagne in one. Pretty festive and fun
and there's some in between and those are we already said the magnum, there's a Mariejeanne
which is a 3 bottle size really unusual and hard to find but fun. The Jeroboam with the
4 bottles of champagne with Methuselah has 8 bottles in it and salmanazar has 12 bottles
in it, really huge and really fun to see.
