whats up guys! Welcome to Review Movie World
I'm just gonna talk about some things I'm gonna implement or already
implemented in the channel just little update, Firstly I have got a new intro
made by Harry B it's absolutely amazing I am leaving his channel link in the
description, and the intro you should see on screen now
And the main topics, Captain America Civil War 2016 Movie Review
It's almost not fair that Captain America Civil War is opening barely a month
after Batman vs Superman Dawn of Justice The movies share so much, from
their escapist origins to their melodramatic themes of male honor and
revenge to ambivalence toward unchecked power, that comparisons aren't
just inevitable but required
Calling a clash among the dozen or so of them ‘civil war’ is just the kind of
preposterousness the Avengers claim to be disowning this time. Still, in a film
that makes a half-decent effort of exploring the boundaries super-heroes must
operate within, that clash is the best part in two
and-a-half hours where things blow up or come raining down
And yet, you must ask, for someone should, why are they fighting exactly?
Resting on a premise only a little less flimsy than the disastrous Batman vs
Superman, Civil War does talk about the collateral damage caused by super-
fights and the guilt the Avengers bear for it. However, why the disagreement
over whether this means that the Avengers must bind themselves to the
United Nations (this argument led by Iron Man) or if that would entail giving
up their autonomy (as debated by Captain America) can’t be solved without
more collateral damage is never explained. Leaving you with the suspicion
that pitting them against each other is the whole idea of Civil War and the
villainy, even if played by a nicely subtle Bruhl, a disposable sub-plot
Put that aside, and Civil War is as competent a montage as Marvel has been
mounting lately, without breaking any new grounds
It happens in Lagos, Nigeria. A group of possible eco-terrorists breaks into a
Centre for Infectious Diseases outpost to steal a biological weapon, even as
some of the Avengers, under Captain America's command, try to foil their
plans. The terrorists fail, but the Avengers are unable to save innocents
Obviously, there's a backlash. And the UN wants control. They seek controls to
be put in place. Tony Stark aka Iron Mon agrees with Secretary of State
Thaddeus Ross in getting the supers to adhere to what they call The Sokovia
Accords (guilty much about creating Ultron?) while Steve Rogers aka Captain
America feels the superpowered team is best governed from within, by
themselves. It splits the Avengers into two groups
More so, when King T'Chaka of Wakanda is assassinated in Vienna during a
peace conference and Steve's best buddy The Winter Soldier aka Bucky Barnes
is spotted on cameras walking away from the scene, hell boils over. T'Chaka's
son T'Challa seeks revenge. When Steve finds Bucky, he doesn't remember a
thing and insists he was never in Vienna. And that he's being framed
Of course, there's a standoff. Of course, sides are taken. Of course, skeletons
tumble out of closets when you least expect them. Of course, new
superheroes are introduced to the larger scheme of things -- the bigger
picture, if you will. The first half builds and builds on the conflict of ideologies
and friendships while the second half is what happens when actions meet
reactions. Now to the good parts. Peter Parker aka Spider-Man
is introduced to the gang. You're going to love Tom Holland
He's perfectly cast. Paul Rudd as Scott Lang/ Ant-Man and Wanda Maximoff
Scarlet Witch get ample screen time. You're excited for Chadwick Boseman's
entry into the franchise as T'Challa aka Black Panther
The rest of the Avengers are the reason you buy the ticket in the first place
Brühl plays the main villain Zemo, who keeps you guessing about his intentions
for bringing down the Avengers. Is he Hydra, Kree, or something altogether different?
It's disappointing that the Hulk was benched for this one. Thor was left
attending to all matters Asgardian. Agent Carter well, grew old and died.
Hawkeye returns a little too late. Vision gets to pontificate a lot. You begin to
get the idea he's getting too possessive of Wanda. And that, on some levels, is
creepy. Tony is undergoing a trial separation from Pepper, he's hurting from
all the accusations from people who lost loved ones in
the Avengers' battles to save the world
Well, in closing, you're going to find a million excuses to watch this film
anyway. I'll give you a few. Evans has never looked better, RDJ's cocky Stark
has never looked so unsure of himself. Their face-off (you know it's coming!) is
to be watched to be believed. ScarJo's Black Widow is in top form. Tom
Holland looks all set to become the best-Spider-Man ever
Don't miss a minute of it! Batman Vs Superman ought to take lessons on how
to make a superhero vs superhero film from Civil War
I’d love to form a discussion about this topic, so, please feel free to comment
below on my twitter and facebook page, because I want to share your opinion in
my next video thank you guys, bye!
