The greatest challenge for service on this project with Hitachi is
the contractor-driven procurement rules. We would've had to compete against a number of
difference contractors and different equipment providers.
You're challenged commercially and as a result technically it's on it as well
But thankfully on this occasion we were able to get the client and contractor to see the
benefits of using our service and Hitachi.
One of the biggest challenges faced
is the length of pipe run
and the fact that Hitachi offer 1000 meter overall
pipe length run, generally would suit most installations and this particular
instance it didn't cause a problem
and made the installation quite easy in fact.
Some of the biggest issues were to actually
install the equipment quickly so that the store could open in a short period of time.
Most importantly after that would be reliability of the product
you don't get huge draft effect or very cold impact within the space.
