Welcome to Ahmet's kitchen, today we will be making rice pudding
Ingredients:
Half a glass of rice
a glass of sugar
1 liter of milk
Tea glass of water
Vanilla
and a tablespoon of Mondamin
lets start with the rice
Wash the rice, then clean with 1.5 cups of water in the pot
Cook for 15 minutes, then it should look like this
then comes in sugar
a glass of sugar
1 liter of milk
cook about 20 minutes
always stir, otherwise it will stick
after 20 minutes
it is somewhat darker
2 egg yolks
Tea glass of water
stir
Mondamin, 1 tablespoon
stir
put it slowly in there
cook
turn off after 2 minutes
after turning it off, vanilla sugar comes in
Stir 2 minutes
You can see that it gets dark
so does it look
now one more minute
one minute is up
Stir otherwise it will stick to the ground
now lets put vanilla inside
now put it in the cup
fill half with water
put it all in the cup
do not completely fill it, about this much
done
should look like this
now put it in the oven
until it has Caramelised above, let it inside the oven
now it's Caramelised on top
you can do it in the oven
or
pour into a glass
Sprinkle with cinnamon, nuts, almonds just as you like
but let it cool, or tepid
you can store it in the refrigerator up to 3 days and enjoy
