Introducing University of The Rockies, Denver

University of the Rockies being here in downtown Denver is very exciting for us. The fact that the University is located in such a central location I think is phenomenal. When you talk about this site to other people from this area and they ask where it is and you say on the 16th Street mall, which everybody knows if you're from this area, and if you say Tabor center they even know that. And while there are three and a half million people population in Denver about a million of them are right down here where we are. We're starting to see that synergy, and we are starting to see a creative class emerge out of this area, which is quite unique to the Denver market. In terms of our Denver instructional site, we have 22 state-of-the-art classrooms and will plan to offer just our organizational leadership-based programs. The on-ground offerings consist of classes offered twice a week. The online offerings consist of those that are offered completely online or those that are blended in the sense that students come in to this Denver side for specific weekends to actually do residencies with their instructors. It's modern, it's contemporary, it's warm, it's welcoming. We are promoting and building and helping people become leaders, and not just managers. We don't just look at numbers, we look at people. It is really built for the needs of graduate students now and into the future.
