Mark: We’re in Coober Pedy and we just got another order through on the CRM system for
a little Chihuahua that needs a little bit of TLC.
Boy: It’s OK Jessie.
Mark: Oh great, another satisfied customer. Off she goes, she’s off into the sunset.
Probably going to find some of that Coober Pedy dirt to roll in about now I reckon. Anyway,
time to do a stocktake and get on top of things.
Mark: Have you seen that white container with all the other blades in it?
Jake: No.
Mark: Can you write down we’re going to need a four, a five and a seven and a ten.
Mark: We hooked up the Telstra Mobile Wi-Fi.
Mark: Search “pet supplies”.
Jake: Pet supplies.
Mark: There’s one – shoot ‘em off an email and we can collect them. Alrighty, we’re
outta here.
Jake: Don’t forget your hat.
Jake: Did you get the tablet?
Mark: Yep.
Jake: It’s the first time I’ve ever been into the Northern Territory. It’s far as
I’ve ever been.
Mark: So, we’re gonna pick up some blades later in Alice Springs, but now we’re just
checking in with HQ on our Telstra Mobile Wi-Fi device.
Mark: Today I’ve got a spreadsheet I’ve gotta fill out. And I have to send that off
to head office. Janie’s coming in.
Janie: Hi Mark!
Mark: Hey, how ‘ya doin?
Janie: I’m good, how are you?
Mark: Excellent.
Janie: How’s everything going there?
Mark: We’ve done a couple of dogs, I think there’s a few more booked in for the rest
of the trip.
Janie: Fantastic. Have you loaded some of those photographs of the dogs up onto the
CRM system?
Mark: Oh yeah, Jake uploaded some pics yesterday.
Janie: Fantastic.
Mark: He also emailed some pics back to his mum from the opal mines we went to.
Janie: You enjoy the rest of the trip and I hope it all goes well.
Mark: Talk to you in a couple of days. Bye bye.
Janie: Bye.
Jake: We’re half way today. Then seven more days to go with driving up to Darwin. It’s
been long, been interesting. Seen some sights. Met some emus.
