While we are letting our chop sauté we are going to come back to the bacon which should
be cool by now and we will remove our four pieces and then we'll dice them and measure
out half a cup of bread crumbs and we will add that to some shredded cheese, about 3/4
of a cup is what you want and stir this all together and once it is mixed up we are going
to go back into the oven and remove our au gratin and then we are just going to sprinkle
this all over the top
and then we are going to bake it until the cheese is melted, probably about another ten
minutes.
