How to Make Pumpkin Bread - Preparing a pan for pumpkin bread

Hi! I'm Stephanie Barnett on behalf of Expert Village. I am here to show you how to bake
pumpkin bread. Now its time to prep our pan. I have a loaf pan. You can use any size loaf
pan as long as it is not too small. If it is smaller than this, you can do 2 loafs of
pumpkin bread. There are two ways to do this and I am going to show you both ways. The
first is I am going to take a paper towel with some butter and you just put the butter
in with the paper towel and rub and get the entire surface with butter. And another option
to grease your pan is to take a spray pump. This is one that I've added my own oil. You
can buy them already predone at the supermarket. So I am going to spray the sides generously
and be sure you get into the corners and along the bottom. It is very important to get into
those cracks and crevices because that is where the bread is most likely to stick.
