I 'm Jan van Schaik, owner of Talent Search People. Talent Search People is a recruitment agency specializing in multilingual candidates... commercial candidates, financial candidates and IT and E-commerce candidates. The opportunities in the crisis are mainly in specializing. As I said, we have four specialties and that's for a reason. If you are a general agency then it's very difficult here. But we are particularly strong in multilingual profiles and with that, we are market leader in Barcelona, Catalonia. I also think that a success factor of Talent Search People is, that we know how Spaniards work and think... but we provide a particular service, which we are used to in the Netherlands. Therefore we gain the upper hand on Spanish companies. An entrepreneur who comes to Spain, will have to take into account that some things are done differently in Spain. For example, bringing in customers to a company quite often happens at the lunch table. But also the fact that negotiating is done differently. Here you can overplay your hand sometimes. In the Netherlands, if you put down a price and its too high, then it's quickly over. Here, by contrast, you have to boast more,and sometimes slightly exaggerate in order to meet specific business needs.
