hi this is Barb and I'm here with Success Tip of the Week number six
and what I'm here to tell you today is that you need to start using the information that
you're learning, particularly new information to you.
And what I mean by using a is when you learn something in GAS, and you use any objectives
think about how would I as a nurse use this information.
Write it on a board,
uh,
use it in your study groups
go over the information and talk about it.
Don't write it verbatim from the book or from your notes. Say, "Oh, this is what I heard in
class.
How can I use it?
How would I explain it to someone else?" Because the more you use the information, the better you'll
have it in your head,
and you have to learn to be able to apply it in quizzes and exams.
