Hi this is Victoria with Weightwerx personal training in Tomball Tx and I'm here
to demonstrate a back exercise. Its called a close grip lat pull down
First you'll take a kneeling stance
back far enough to where you can get a good stretch in the lats
so it's about an 8" wide grip. Leaning forward stretching those lats
lean back first then
draw the bar to the low pec line. Stretch. Stretch it out.
Lean back
Don't use this as leverage. And then draw it back to the low pec line
and pop the chest. So we're gonna lean
strectch, lean, and then pop that chest. squeezing those shoulder blades together.
