Nacho some surveys that have been inducted lately show that workers are not happy at their jobs they are bored, they are not satisfied with their income and I have said it many times that most of the workers do not work because they want to build their capital but to pay debts so I wanted to bring some useful ideas based on my experience , so they can be used to create your own business or create an extra income that can be the same one they have in their job. what does a person have to take into account before their start with their own business? A person who wants to start their own business must ask themselves three questions: he first one, what do I enjoy doing? If you enjoy something you will get it done better second question, what can I do better than the others? And third, what necessity needs to be satisfied? When it comes to ¨what can I do better than the other?¨ I'm not referring only to skills, For example you can say that you are very good at waking up early there are thousands who can do that . There are people who say ¨I have people´s skills¨ , So do Millions of people. You have to go and look deep inside what´s different about me. Let me give you an example without being a show off, I´ve found that I have the skills of making easy, difficult things using a topic such as economy, people understand me. Maybe millions of people do not have that skill, this means that the deeper we search in ourselves, the easier will be to start your own business. Regarding the third question: ¨what necessity needs to be satisfied?¨ We need to come up with ideas of products that people really need , that are being required, I cannot provide services or products that are no longer needed because my income will not grow. Listen, Ideas are the new name of the money in the 21st century. There could be Ideas without money and money will appear but Money without ideas will make the money go away. I think is very important to used computers nowadays, It is not expensive for example to upload a very unique video on YouTube for millions of people to see it who might need what you sell So the excuse cannot longer be ¨I don't have money¨. If you have a good idea, money will go and look for you, there is no point in having a lot of money if you don´t know how to invest it in Yeah and there is a question that surprises me, how much involved the family has to be? Nacho because of my experience I´ve noticed that most of the people think that money is the first obstacle to create my own business and it is not. Most of the times the ¨enemy ¨ to that independence is right next to us: our own family, and why? Because there are a lot of negative people that never propose or suggest something good: Messages like: do not open your own business, It will go down¨ , so you ask them to tell you ideas and they don´t have them. Look at this other example : A father who worked for a company all his life and then tell his son ¨you gotta go like me and find a job in a company to work all your life, that´s how you can make progress¨ he didn´t give his son an example of success and I think is important to have determination and when the family gives you this negative rapport ask them to give you good ideas to start, but in most of the cases people with negative comments will not be able to give some good ideas or recommendations. Yeah, this is a very complicated situation. you are right it is, It´s like sleeping with the enemy, that´s why is very important to analyze who is next to you, who do you live with. There is a risk that those negative comments that are made at the end you end up believing them this is very interesting; let me ask you something, what can a person do when starting their own business to make it successful? I think Nacho that is important to be on internet, you must. Let me tell you why , let´s say that you are selling something, and normally the first week that product is offered to the closer ones, I mean family, and they probably buy after that the product is offered to friends and they help and buy but then what? I have no one left. That´s why it is important to be online and to have a lot of people seeing our services and products. For myself being online has been fantastic in terms of selling and I knew this since 2003, I noticed people buying more things on internet and I know I had to be there to with my stuff, so let´s ask ourselves if the business that we want to create will survive without being online, because if you are you´ll have the possibility that millions of people that you don´t even know can have access to your services and products. This is the best suggestion I can offer you and also the fact that we have to come up with ideas of products and services that are progressive and that have the tendency of growing because that´ll mean more income for you. Ask yourself, are you selling something that people will need? Or are you selling antiques like Lp´s that nobody uses anymore? Juan but here comes another question: isn´t easier to be an employee? I mean to have other people called bosses to look for my money every month so I don´t have to be worried about that? But how can a person know for a fact that they were born to be an employee if they never gave them the opportunity to be independent? People might say ¨I´m not good for this ¨ but how do you know? Sometimes circumstances can change you, when it was 2002, being and employee was my first option but today in capital letter I WOULDN´T BE ONE ANYMORE, so if you want to stay in your current job at least make sure that you enjoy doing it. Most of the people work to pay debts or just to pretend that they are busy, so if you enjoy what you do, great! There is nothing wrong about being an employee but maybe we are losing a great entrepreneur because of fear. We have talked about passive income before, they get you money even when you are sleeping, it could be the stock market or Facebook, YouTube. Who makes more passive income, employees or independent people?. there is no doubt that independent people have more ideas about how to create them , because they have a big advantage and is that they do not depend on their salary yeah they have to go and look for it yes they need to go and look for it, they don´t have that drop of money that keeps falling and falling that that is the one to blame when we don´t make any financial progress. A person who receives the salary keeps secure for it and enters in a negative comfort zone but the independent has to keep looking for more ways to increase their money. It is important to work hard but one day will come in which we would like to have money working for us and not the other way around. That the assets are the ones working for us and getting as money because maybe we won´t have the strength to work at the same pace. If we don´t create assets in our life we will not have passive income for the future I´ll be the rest of my life depending on my work hours to get money and I´m worry about that mentality of most of our people, being comfortable with their salary. Think about what happens if you get fired tomorrow? You won´t have that salary anymore so I ask the audience what passive income do you have different than your salary? most of the people will answer: ¨None, I was never worried about making more money than the one on my payroll and patrimony, we need to get patrimonies that gives us some money back there is no point in buying things just because they look nice but they don´t represent money for us. Yeah Nacho, it´s not only to encourage people to quit their jobs but while you are an employee, create more income that is not just your salary. In other words create competitors to your salary in your free time, in those hours that go from the time you leave your office until you get back. So if you got a job but you also got a plan B you will discover just like I did in 2003 that this plan B will be enough and you don´t longer need plan A that´s what we have to do .
