James: I'm James Sanford with Lund International and I'd
like to explain to you our new running boards for 2014, so
I'm going to show you the running boards and our nerf
bars.
On top here, you have our crossroads running board. It is
one of the few running boards on the market that has real
rubber that runs the full length of the board. We also
make this board for CUV's, so it comes in a 70 inch, 80 inch and an 89
inch style. One of the concepts that we're trying to perfect
is one bracket and multiple boards, so this board
actually fits on the same bracket as five of our other
running boards.
The next new board for this year is the Summit Ridge. It
comes in either black or chrome; it is a proprietary construction of extruded aluminum; it has
three pieces that actually snap together and is riveted
on the end.
Also for 2014, for our nerf bars, we have our Latitude.
It's available in 304 stainless steel and also in powder
coated black mild steel.
Next, we have our Rock Rail system. You're going to see a
lot of similar looking nerf bars out on the marketplace;
however, this is a true functioning rock rail. The
steps here can be removed. It also comes in four configurations, so
the way you would purchase it is, you would purchase
the Rock Rail and then you would purchase the step that
you like, like two step for two doors, a four step for four
doors, and we also make what we are calling our long step, so if you wanted
to go off-roading, you would simply take the steps off,
go off-roading, protect your vehicle from rocks or
stumps, and once you finish, you can reattach the steps.
