Certain people do not want to hear where their food comes from. What a great thing that a movie actually deals with this head on. Not only what we do to the animals, but the people.
We are like the animals that we consume. That is what I feel. I feel this movie kind of shows in an artistic not clever beat you over the head too much way. How we are not very different. At least the people in that industry are not very different from the quote unquote *** we consume. I think we live in a world
where there is a lot of misery and we consume that misery. We consume the fear that these animals experience, right before slaughter or during their entire short lives. I think animals help us realize what it is to be human. The need interaction, they need love, they need care, just like children. There is so much
they can teach us that if they become extinct or just used as objects, we will never learn. Do unto others as you would done unto yourself. Now does that mean only other humans. If they walk out of that movie I hope that they realize that there is a better way. And if we all care then the industry would have
to respond to that and that is the key. If you care then you hold people accountable. We should not need PETA to do all this stuff.
