Welcome to League of Legends Update, Team Solomid Edition.
F**k it Bay Life.
On today's episode, we have The Red Baron with Chaox for a competitive spotlight.
Some community excitement with Nick Allen and Dyrus.
And HatPerson helps TSM train for an upcoming tournament.
But first, some news.
Curse held the Reign of Gaming Invitational this past weekend at their San Francisco office
and invited IPL to come check it out.
TSM took first place, the fans loved it
but it made Dan Dinh sleepy for some reason.
Last week, Riot awarded double IP points to their fans to say thank you for helping them
reach 3.5 million Facebook likes.
If IPL's Facebook ever reaches that many
we'll give away something way better.
Riot Games is set to make some huge announcement at E3.
Here at IPL we have some predictions as to what those might be.
Angry Minions
Dance Dance Legends
Summoner Warfare 3
Now let's go to Chaox and James for a competitive spotlight.
Hey guys, this is James Reilman I'm here with Shan, Chaox, gonna take at the new ranged
AD, Draven.
I haven't played him at all.
So because Draven's Q procs his passive, and when you catch it, it refreshes his W, he
should have really strong lane harass and win most lane match ups.
And you're always going to be ahead.
With Blood Rush and Spinning Axe, you are a monster at level one
and you are a monster at level two.
Also Blood Rush giving that bonus movement speed
I think even if you are kiting, the very important thing is that Spinning Axe follows
or is gonna be where you are trying to head to as you use it.
So being able to control where the Spinning Axe is going to drop is going to be very crucial
while playing Draven.
This guy is going to have nice Pentakill ratio.
That's for sure, especially since he also has a global too.
Pick off any stragglers that's almost back to base.
So expect to get some crazy Pentakills from this guy.
So thanks Chaox and with all his damage output, I'm pretty sure Draven is going to be the
new OP.
Yeaah, it's way too early to tell.
Thanks Baron.
That was way more handsome than usual.
Now let's go to our community reporter Nick Allen.
Hi I'm Nick Allen, and this is community news.
It was announced this week that Shushei would be leaving Team Fnatic
and will be replaced by former against All authority member, sOAZ.
The team changes will surely raise the odds of Team Fnatic winning the championship
to zero percent.
Over the weekend, the Reign of Gaming Invitational came to a close
with TSM beating TSM.Evo in the finals.
Congratulations to both teams
for making it look like it wasn't rigged.
The Curse Organization picked up the former AbsoluteLegends roster as their new European team.
When asked why they chose to pick up an European team, Curse stated quote
"Because we want to make sure we're losers in Europe too."
I'm Nick Allen, and this was community news.
Thanks for that Nick.
And now HatPerson gives TSM some training advice.
TSM is in our office training for the upcoming tournament.
But I'm going to help them out by simulating a live practice environment.
TSM has braved through the gauntlet.
But I think with a little bit of my help, one day, these guys could be the best.
Thanks guys.
Congratulations to last episode's giveaway winner Lucas Hamlow.
This week, we're giving away a Razor mousepad
general admission ticket to IPL5
ten dollar Riot point card
and a TSM T-Shirt.
Get in the contest by clicking the link in the description below.
Be sure to subscribe and leave a comment rating the following clip on a scale of Nick Allen's
dirty sweatshirt
to Eefje's sparkly one-shoulder top.
Also, if this episode reaches two-hundred fifty-thousand YouTube views
I will shave my head and send my hair to Nikasaur to use for her arts and crafts.
Good night, good luck.
And enjoy your moment of rage.
Oh my god, eighty-six armor.
Let's see...
Forty-seven plus forty-nine.
I get forty-four, whattt?
F**k this s**t!
F**k!
