I'd like to meet...Waveya 웨이브야 (w/ subtitles) **interview**

I'm Doori Ari MiU Yuna Yuji Hyang and we are Waveya! Okay family, I am standing here where Waveya practices at And right now they're getting ready for Anime Matsuri in Houston, Texas We're going to give you a sneak preview of what to expect From these ladies. You know, outside of the dancing. The name Waveya comes from the traditional wave dance. Waveya's motive is to promote our passion Of dance like a wave into the whole world. As of right now our dance cover of Psy's Gangnam Style has reached over 100 million views. An accomplishment like that is ground breaking record even for k-pop singers in general. We don't know if we can top our Gangnam Style cover but We still have various other covers and original dances that we want To showcase to the world. We're currently in the process of working on more K-pop covers and breaking Everything down to ensure that we have complete perfection. Gangnam Style was a lot of work but we plan to keep That intensity with future dances. The choreographies we have includes looking cute and sexy however as a Leader, I wanted to set up our bases on powerful and strong Movements to show our inner female beauty. Personally, I like to showcase us as being strong and powerful because There are various other dance groups that like to look really cute. We wanted to branch out and not look like another "cute" looking, dime a dozen dance group. We practice often and work very hard to look different from everyone else. The fans from USA were able to meet us through youtube And to think that we are actually going to USA To meet our fans and show them our dances in reality excites Us as it is also our first time to visit USA. Not many of our fans know this but Miu and I are Sisters and we started Waveya. First it was us two and then Doori joined us later. After a while, Yuji, Yuna, and Hyang auditioned to be part of the team. The atmosphere we strive for is family like But we're still casual friends at the same time. Isn't that right, Doori? This is the ritual we always perform before we go unto the stage. My favorite animation is Madagascar. My favorite animations are Spirited Away, Inuyasha, Wedding Peach, Sailor Moon and so forth... Oh yeah, Crayon Shin-chan also! I also like Crayon Shin-chan. My favorite animation is Howl's Moving Castle. I love Detective Conan! [Case Closed in the USA and UK]
