Hello, this is Gia Saralidze for Vestnik Kavkaza, and, as usual, we are talking about football
and the most interesting and significant events in the football world.
After a small break in our program we are here again,
when the Russian Premier League has already began, and there have been three rounds of this championship.
Now we have something to discuss.
First of all, as for the first matches, there are some trends that may continue or change.
The first trend is the great start by Spartak Moscow.
There were three games and three victories,
including a very convincing victory over Dynamo Moscow in the third round
ñ a classic Moscow derby.
After the first half, Spartak Moscow were already winning 4-0,
which is quite a rare case in such matches.
In the second half Dynamo Moscow were in a good shape, and, despite such a score,
they managed to do well and to score a goal.
The game ended with Spartak Moscowís victory 4-1.
Nevertheless, it must be said that Spartak Moscow looked much more convincing than Dynamo Moscow as a whole.
Dynamo Moscowís defense was too passive for such a game, especially in the first half.
Of course, this affected the result of the game.
This may happen when one team manages to score the fourth goal, and the other is unlucky.
I think Dynamo Moscow should not be upset about this: they had a good start and managed to beat Anzhi FC.
Of course, now is not the time to count scores.
But the fact is that the only team which has not lost any points is Spartak Moscow,
which leads the standings.
As for Anzhi FC with its bad start, given the clubís goals and funds,
there were two draws and one loss at the start.
Dynamo Moscow may be seen as a serious rival for it, but as for the other two games,
Anzhi FC was expected to win.
The last draw and Hiddinkís resignation after the game against Dynamo Moscow
affect the future of this club, and it is unknown what will happen in this season.
The new coach did not bring with him the expected result or new possibilities to win.
Apparently, Hiddinkís resignation is not that positive for Anzhi FC.
There is almost no information about the new coach;
it is known that he has worked for Manchester United with Alex Ferguson, who is a great teacher.
On the other hand, he has been in Anzhi FC for a long time
and went through a few rounds along with Hiddink.
So he knows the club and the players and probably knows what to do,
but we shall see this only after several games with Anzhi FC.
The first one was not very successful.
I do not want to speak a lot about Hiddinkís resignation, because Iíve already told Vestnik Kavkaza about this.
The only thing Iíd like to mention is the play of Artyom Dzyuba,
who left Spartak FC now and scored six goals during three games, including penalties.
I cannot recall at once other football players showing such a result.
Actually, as for Artyom Dzyuba, who played for Spartak and did quite well,
not being a leader, his ìexileî is an ìeducational measureî, according to people close to Spartak FC.
Dzyuba was an informal leader of the club.
The youth were always around him.
There are foreign players, mercenaries, and there is also the youth, led by Dzyuba.
It is clear that for the head coach and for managers such a division is not good.
It seems that this was the reason for Dzyuba leaving the club.
Given his play, we can say that this was effective.
We cannot predict what will happen further, but now itís fantastic.
I have not seen such results of our players for a long time.
Time will tell, and with such play Dzyuba may return to Spartak Moscow, but this time as a formal leader.
Spartak Moscow has an advantage here, because they have a contract.
I do not know the terms of the contract,
but, as usual, the club has the right to take the player back during one season.
So even in this season Dzyuba may return to Spartak.
But this depends on the contract.
To my mind, these are the central events which could be mentioned after these three rounds.
There is one thing that Iíd like to add.
To my mind, CSKA Moscow also showed a very good start.
Despite the change of generations which is currently taking place, CSKA Moscow has a significant advantage.
When in the last game Lokomotiv Moscow tied the game, CSKA Moscow scored three goals.
This club is quite stable.
Maybe it is the most stable club in the post-Soviet period.
It is clear that Spartak FC was the leading club for the first decade of this period,
but it is not so stable as CSKA Moscow, though it has not always come first.
We see again that CSKA Moscow is one of the favorites of this championship,
along with Zenit FC and Spartak Moscow, despite quite different starts.
We will closely watch the following events which are expected to be quite numerous,
including the games with our national team and the European Cups.
See you on Vestnik Kavkaza.
