Greetings to everybody, I would like to introduce you to AIPI, the Italian Association of property owners, of which I am president AIPI was founded in Bologna over 10 years ago with the aim to offer a comprehensive service for property owners our services include income tax declaration, cadastral data checks and any other issues which concern the property in particular we offer a support service for international sales this is something that very few agencies/associations can do as it is a sensitive matter rules are different depending on the country involved and the country of origin of the buyers therefore AIPI who has already agreements with international law practices in different European cities such as Moscow, Bratislava, Zaghreb, Bucharest to name a few the reason for this service is the fact that many citizens move about and purchase properties abroad so that Italians buy properties abroad and foreigners invest in Italy in any case AIPI has the necessary resources and expertise to assist in property sales/purchase our activity is based on years experience, 20 or 30, both mine and the people who work with me. we also liase with local and national government bodies to ensure that the property owners are well represented in Bologna only we have hundreds of members whom we represent we therefore proceed with all the possible communication means to become well known also abroad we are available to estate agents and also private people who might need assistance from us we can then assist on specific matters and we'll be glad to make contact on a one to one basis thank you for your attention and speak to you soon!
