Kidd: "Hi, my name is Kathy Kidd, and I'm the program director at the UT Early Learning Center for Research and Practice." Humber: "My name is Kathryn Humber and I am a demonstration teacher at the Early Learning Center for Research and Practice." Kidd: "Our big idea is to explore the concept of garden to table with very young children, allowing them to see where their food is produced, and then actually be able to sample and incorporate that food into their menu here at our school." Humber: "We want to help the children learn how to garden in nature and how to explore the plants that are around us, and just to have experiences with the outdoor world."
