Hello guys this is Steve again from MegaToon TV,
welcome to another video blog!
So, do you think our opening intro is creepy?
Well, it has something to do with today's video blog.
It's about this Dragon, this paper Dragon.
If you notice how its neck and head seems to follow where the camera goes.
So, this is another "Paper Art Illusion".
I think in Japan they call it, "Origami".
Well this paper art was designed for illusion.
How it works?
The Illusion works by looking at it with one eye.
If you look it with both of your eyes, the right eye and left eye has different perspective.
And the illusion will not work that way.
It works perfectly if you'll use a camera.
Just like what I did.
You can see the head of the dragon seems to rotate.
As if it was following the camera.
How to make this Dragon?
I provided a download link below the video. (on the description box)
Just click the link and download those files.
You'll be needing a colored printer for this.
You can print this on an internet cafe if you're saving ink or if you don't have a printer.
You can print this at home too, but like I said this eats a lot of your ink.
Anyways, all you have to do is follow the instructions on the paper.
Of course you'll be needing a scissor and glue.
I would like to show you guys, that there are no hidden mechanism on this paper.
You might be thinking there is "something" that makes it rotate.
Okay so, I'll try to rotate it, so you guys could see it.
As you can see it's just a paper folded in a way to creates an illusion
by looking at it with one eye or a camera.
Besides the Dragon on the downloadable file, there is also a cat.
So if you like the cat version, you can try that.
Okay, so that's it for our episode.
I also have a Minecraft paper art, since I used to play Minecraft.
The Minecraft part, is not an illusion art. It's just a plain Minecraft model.
If you would be doing this project, I do encourage you to film it.
Send me a video response.
I would love to see how you made the dragon and the cat.
Specifically the cat, I want to see it!
I never did the cat yet and I want to see it!
Just film it and make a video response.
Thanks for watching guys and I hope you enjoyed our episode.
For those asking about "Kidlat" series, it would probably be out next week.
Thanks again, this is Steve.. Bye.
