Hi everybody. I'm LaShauna.
And I'm Victor Sho.
And we're gonna teach you how to do lower body isolations. Lower body isolations involves
anything happening below the waist. Today, we're gonna focus on the hips and isolating
the hips.
It's an old dance called the Tick that I'm gonna focus on because your hips are ticking
like the hands of a clock, hitting each corner.
So, we're gonna start in a wide position with our knees bent. We're gonna take our hips
and push them to the side, to the right side. Nothing else moves but your hips ticking right.
Try that again, tick right. One more time, tick right. Nothing else moves above your
hips and nothing moves but your hips.
Right? Now, let's take a tick front, bring it front. Now tick left, and tick back . Again,
start right, front, left back. Tick right, front, left. A little faster. Right, front,
left back, right, front, a little faster. Right, front left back, right, front, left
back, right, front, left back, right, front, left back.
You can tick in one direction. You can stay ticking right, right, right, right, right.
You can stay ticking front. Front, front, front, front, isolate to the front. You can
stay ticking left. Left, left, left. And you can stay ticking back, which is the ***
pop. Ticking back is the *** pop.
Fellas, when you're doing your tick, you definitely wanna keep your hands afloat right here or
you just keep them relaxed right here, but guys, come on, tick too, you know what I'm
sayin'? Girls like a guy that can move their waist. Yeah? So, just like Shauna was saying,
you can tick from the right, to the front, to the side, to the back.
But if you realize, I'm trying to use my hands so that, you know, there's a little bit more,
you know, swag with it as well. So, you go right, front, left back. Right, front, left
back. And you can, like, keep it to the side, like how Shauna says. You can keep it down.
Hands up, side, side, side, side, side, side, side. And that's how guys can tick as well.
