Ali, How are you doing my friend. Ali is already in a senior age. There is Suki wallowing.
Sugster! Like this. There is tenth hour of the day. Sunshine... I awoke from a night
dream. Somehow I sleep a short time. Some seven or six hours of sleep. I was reading
Thich Nhat Hanh's book "No Death, No Fear." About teachings of Lord Buddha. About no self,
nirvana, inter being. Interesting and helping instructions, information, which I think are
helpful and can change our life, to help diminish our suffering in life. Mental problems. Many
people, even those who qualify as mentally healthy, have mental problems. Many people
even kill themselves. There, in Quebec, about a one thousand persons kill themselves, annually.
More less a thousand people commit suicide. There is a problem in lives. Not everything
is in the pink like on TV. But, we can change things. We can develop some things. We can
develop compassion, love, mercy for those, who suffer. To help them, to remove causes
of suffering. And, when we remove causes of suffering, then we will remove manifestations
of suffering. That's why it is a good thing to study teachings. Not a little, but rather
more thoroughly. Buddha Dharma, the teachings of masters, Holy Scriptures, To leave suffering
behind and to attain awakening, enlightenment, to awake. To see this sun, that armchair,
a computer, this forest, a picture of the forest. And we can live a life without problems.
Not making problems for others, and we won't have problems ourselves. I think so. It looks
like that. And I think this is so. So long.
