Hello! I'm Niqui with Studio Soiree. What if I told you I could show you how to work
your obliques, your lats, your hip flexors, and most especially your abdominals. This
is a half bracket ab curl. It's a little bit momentous, but you want to kind of control
the assent and the decent all the time. The half bracket is the inside; arm is down, outside
arm is up. You notice my thumb is facing down. We'll take our inside leg, we'll kick up,
we'll meet it with the outside, and then we'll come down. You don't want to lock your elbow,
ever. Inside leg up, meet it with your outside leg, and bring it down. The slower you can
do this and the more you can use your strength rather than momentum, the more outrageous
moves you'll be able to do very soon.
