well, we don't die.

the top killers of people are:
heart disease, cancer, respiratory illnesses,
stroke, Alzheimer's,
diabetes, flu.
flu? really? Yeah, flu.
Kidney diseases and suicide.
and these are preventable.
they're preventable.
through diet, exercise, good hygiene.
good mental health and reducing air pollution.
we can avoid these top killers.
and be...
80% invincible?
I think so.
The 4 ways that we can be 80% invincible from death.
are:
1. Grow a time efficient, backyard garden,
2. Receive good exercise and mental health by tending to it.
3. We remain alive and healthy,
by eating from that garden,
and 4. We get sick less throughout the year,
by preserving the extra food and
we sustain ourselves all year long,
from that garden.

And we're back. We're in the garden.
It's a beautiful, sunny, crisp, clear, cold day.
It is frigid outside right now.
A lot of the plants have died, but that doesn't matter.
because we're going to get a great work out anyway.
We have a couple of tools here,
Pieces of exercise equipment.
This one's called a hula-hoe.
and this one's a shovel.
Now the hula-hoe,
It will work your arms, your chest, your shoulders,
your back.
and you'll be knocking down weeds in the process.
and keeping your soil really nice.
and a shovel,
It's a little more high impact.
But it will really get your heart rate up and your blood pumping.
and you'll be taking care of your soil in the process.

You can just eat something from the garden while you're here, right?
