unless you live under a rock you know by now that george Zimmerman
was found not guilty in the *** and manslaughter of Trayvon Martin
there's no reason to be around the bush plain and simple
I think the jury made the wrong decision so I went back
and read all the articles on what happened that night to see if
maybe I missed something and I didn't miss anything
so let's walk through this one more time a black teenager just bought Skittles
and iced tea
and is walking home minding his business and a wannabe police officer
whose up a neighborhood watchman who was off duty by the way
but sees suspicious activity
why because a black person is walking that's not
my conjecture that was actually the argument but the defense
they said well of course it reasonable to think his black eyes a criminal
because
other black people have been criminals in that area the best sewed up
I love that logic they say all all black people are now suspicious because of the
actions spoke a couple black people
that appears to me to be the definition of racism
but somehow they want that line of reasoning and got away with it so
a he gets out of his car chases down the black teenager
even though he's told by the way to stand down by the police department
and an altercation breaks out Trayvon Martin is dead
george Zimmerman shot and killed him and he's not guilty now
but here's why I think the jury made a horrible decision
they got duped the defense lawyer was good and the prosecution
socked now the problem is that
the prosecution didn't have the right argument the prosecution if I was the
prosecuting attorney what I would have done
the entire case from beginning to end I wanna came back to the same fact
the fact is george Zimmerman was told to stand down by police officers
and he pursued anyway therefore anything that happens after that point
is on him now the problem is that the the defense kept but talking about the
altercation and suggesting
well you know trailer was beating george's *** so we thought it was
up made sense to kill 12 save his life
now whether or not you believe that is one thing but the bottom line
is that the altercation what happened in george Zimmerman it didn't stalk
trade bond against the wishes of the police department
that told him to stand down if you repeat that
over and over he was told to stand down by the cops and he didn't he was told to
stand down by the cops and he didn't
then it becomes abundantly clear it is
more likely than not that the altercation was started by george
Zimmerman
entry Vaughn Martin was the one who was defending himself
so its obviously a very sad day in this as many societal implications
because of course a if I was
a black parent I would not want my kid to walk to the store alone
I wouldn't yes
although some wannabe Chuck Norris *** slash Steven Seagal wanna be
can just so I can a woman and say he started it and that's it
that's it doesn't matter that their trade Omar was 17 and then or the number
that
now they just say well we don't know who exactly are the altercation started
and might have been that the form teenager was minding his business was
the one who started the fight
so
up here's an interesting question hell with this case have been different if
the roles were reversed
and george Zimmerman was black and Trayvon Martin was white
how would they be reacting on Fox News if for example
george Zimmerman was a moslem and Trayvon Martin was white
I can see the script flipped 100 percent
where they be like oh my god this act of terrorism it was a model wears a poor
little white teenager who is already installed a nice day
soul but when it so white guy
and spare me the always Hispanic his hair Peruvian half white
the law enforcement officers when they first got to the scene colin White
they were sure he was white right so when it's a white guy and
a black teenager well then you get off enough to worry about it
now is it speculation
to say what I just sat that hey you know if the roles were reversed maybe
would've been a different outcome
well let's take a look there is far woman by the name of Merus Alexander
lives in Florida
she was threatened by her boyfriend so she had a gun she fired into the air a
warning shot
to let him know get away from me I'm serious
she went to trial got twenty years in prison of course
she rejected a plea deal because she didn't want to spend any time in jail
because she said I was just flat out defending myself i'd
shot in the air and
a a jury said no sorry you get twenty years
other than that John McNeil he's
a black man there was a white teen who had a box cutter
that was threatening to hurt his son so he fired a warning shot in the air
then according to witnesses from Brian
who is the white kids started running and then
on macneil shot in self-defense
now business at a very similar case to the Zimmerman case except with the race
is reversed
so what happened John McNeil got life in prison
now there was I'll big outcry after the case and his sentence was reduced
to manslaughter and then he was released he still has I think twelve years a
parolee has to pay money among among
whole bunch other things and it's on his record permanently but nonetheless he
gets jail time george Zimmerman does not
about a guy by the name of John White he's a black man
54 years old he shot and killed a 17-year-old by the name of Daniel
archie charo and Daniel showed up
with a mob to John White's house looking for john white Sun
and arm he was he charged
at John White and big onto
an altercation and the gun fired and killed
calm to charo Daniel fish are
so oh and by the way according to john why the
the mob that was there was a lynch mob so a group a love
all white kid looking for a black kid in you know the father meets them with the
government says don't do it don't do it may end up shooting
well he was found guilty of manslaughter and %uh serve time in prison
so when you flip the script and it's a black man and
a white teenager how look every single time
%uh there's guilty but when you go the other way and a george Zimmerman and
Trayvon Martin in the fax or
overwhelming no not guilty released any is given back is gone
I'm disappointed in the verdict to say the least
