[Elaine:] We're learning how to put masks on people -- massage and facials, waxing and makeup, like spa settings. [Nicole:] Being a lead esthetician means not only do I do the treatments but I'm also training new staff members to do those treatments, ordering products, keeping an inventory, doing budget control, making displays. [Elaine:] You do sales and marketing -- [Nicole:] -- business management law, electricity, chemistry -- [Elaine:] --anatomy and physiology. [Nicole:] You want to be a people person. You need to like to be in an intimate space because you're putting your hands on someone. [Elaine:] Be able to touch people too. [Nicole:] You shouldn't be shy. [Elaine:] If you like working hands-on and love working with people and helping them out just go for the program because that's what it's all about.
