Seven month of pregnancy is a crucial period for baby growth, you should intake extra 450
calories nutrients because during this phase baby skin will fully develop and brain, lungs
will nurturing rapidly.
During the third trimester, a pregnant woman should avoid an empty stomach and consume
calcium and iron rich foods infrequently, better to take healthy meal 4 to 5 times instead
of three times.
According to American Pregnancy Association, a pregnant woman should take minimum 1000
milligrams calcium, this is one of important mineral play a crucial role in the development
of baby bone and teeth.
Even calcium is important through the whole pregnancy, however during the third-trimester

helps carries oxygen through the bloodstream.
A pregnant woman requires a higher amount of hemoglobin which is essential to supply
oxygen for the baby.

Folic acid contributes major role during entire pregnancy, folic acid from B group of vitamins
(B9).
The study recommended taking 400 milligrams of folic acid on daily basis throughout the
pregnancy because this nutrient provides vital support the healthy development of a baby’s
brain and spinal cord.
A pregnant woman must take enough folic acid during the third trimester and it’s a crucial
period for baby growth.
Folic acid rich fruits Citrus Fruits, Peas, and Lentils, Broccoli, Brussels Sprout, Avocado,
Dark Leafy Greens, Asparagus, Okra
Better to avoid high-fat foods, sweets, and fried food, because this will gain unnecessary
weight.

value.
