A common question that is asked plenty of times, is "how to lose weight in 2 weeks".
Now the funny thing is, If you search this term in google, you will find plenty of results
that CLAIM to allow you to lose weight in two weeks. Well let me tell you something.
I did not always look like this. I know I'm not perfect, but let me show you a picture
of me a year or so back.
Yep, not fat, but certainly not bikini on the beach standard. The dilemma I had, was
that I left the weight loss process to late, and suddenly, I was to be a bridesmaid in
2 weeks! I googled how to lose weight in 2 weeks, and found a free diet plan with a few
exercises that claimed I would lose weight in 2 weeks.
So I started that night, and within 2 weeks I had....lost nothing. Devastated. After feeling
uncomfortable with my weight for the whole wedding, I decided to get serious about my
weight loss, and decided to buy a professional weight loss program. Actually, I bought two,
because I knew that I could not rely on those bogus free plans to lose weight.
I tried Insanity first, but that is far to difficult for a beginner, and I wasn't into
the whole crack of dawn, intense cardio thing.
Instead I stuck with a programme called the venus factor, the link is in the descrition,
which worked out the best for me, because of how easy the whole thing is. The funny
thing is, I ended up losing 24 pounds in two weeks, but did not stop there. I actually
continued using the programme, and within a few months, your body kind of just sculpts
itself into something really nice! I would definitely recommend that you try it out,
