Beading Projects - How to make letters with beads

Hi I'm Audrey Parramore with thebeadingdr.com. I'm your beading expert and I'm here to show you how to make letters with beaded beads. These are some of the supplies you are going to need when making beaded letters. Here's a variety of beads that we're going to use, and here is some wire. Here's the tools, your wire cutters, needle nose, and round nose pliers. I'm going to start by adding the beads onto the wire to create your letter B. I'm actually going to bend that and start curving it over. I'm going to use the tool give me that bend that you find in your letter B. Coming back to apply beads, I'm going to actually show you how to close it off. And we're going to go down to the bottom. I'm going to do a wrapping technique. It's a different form of wire wrapping. I'm going to clip. I'm going to come down here because that's the top portion of it. I'm going to take my cutters and clip that piece off. And I'm going to add some beads to this part of the wire to decorate it. I'm doing a curve using the round nose pliers. I'm doing a wrap. I'm just angling using a round nose pliers to do a nice little curve. Bringing the wire back up through the first part. You can use any beads while you're doing this too. Of course think about your gauge of wire because you have a variety of gauges. And then you could always make these as little pins and stick pins on these to wear too. And make it fun.
