Hi I'm Leah on behalf of Expert Village, and I'm going to show you how to make some quick
and easy Turkish dishes. Ok, now that it has all come together we are going to go ahead
and season it. The first thing we're going to use is a little bit of nutmeg. This is
going to be one of the flavors that gives it that middle eastern twist. So, go ahead
and put just a pinch of nutmeg in there, stir it up. Add some ground white pepper; a little
less than a palmfull. If you don't like it quite as hot as me then you can go easy on
it. Stir it up. Now the white pepper is just going to make it a little bit prettier than
with the big, black peppered flakes in there. The last thing we'll add is just a little
bit of salt. Now the cheese we're using mozarella and especially the feta is pretty salty, so
we want to go easy on the salt. Now we're going to go ahead and remove it from the heat.
We'll let that sit for three to four minutes. Ok, so our pasta has cooked for eleven minutes,
and we're going to get it out of this hot water so it doesn't overcook. We'll put it
into the strainer, and we'll run some warm water over it so that it actually stops cooking.
Give it a shake. We'll just let it sit there and let the water drain off of it.
