So the reason I chose Fisher is because
my friend was coming here on a tour and she said “Hey do you want to come along,”
And I woke up sicker than ever felt absolutely terrible
and I thought okay I’ll come.
didn’t really want to come but I still came anyways
and I absolutely loved it.
And so I knew if I could love Fisher when I was sicker than I’ve ever been, then and I would love it anytime.
It was because of the close-knit community,
the size of the campus
it wasn’t super far from home which I didn’t want my first four years
so that’s why I chose Fisher.

I chose to be an accounting major at Fisher because of the great program that they have.
They have 100% placement rate
and so I knew that once I graduated fisher I wouldn’t have to worry about am I going to have a job.
I’ll know I’ll have a job before I graduate and It’s not something I’m going to have to be concerned about
which is a really great feeling knowing that
And I’m also a numbers person, I am a numbers girl I love numbers
and so I knew that is was the perfect major for me.

My favorite spot has to be the new Salerno business building.
For me it finally gives a place to be united
and a place that we can call our own.
Before this we were kind of scattered and different buildings
you didn’t really know who was a business major
now you can, you see people all the time who are in your classes
and just much easier to hangout and study together
in the breakout rooms you can actually write on the walls with the white board markers
and so it makes studying a lot more fun.
I enjoy coming here to study
and the breakout rooms are quiet you can come in by yourself or with a group of people.
Plug your laptop in and put it up on the screen and look through all of it and so this is definitely my favorite place to be

My favorite memory would have to be
after I interviewed to go on the big public accounting firms for a leadership program in Chicago.
And it was something I wanted more than anything
and I remember getting the phone call on St. Patrick’s Day
and I was so excited that I would be going and it just showed that all of my hard work finally paid off
and I knew that I wouldn’t have had this opportunity if I hadn’t come to Fisher to the accounting program
To sum up my years at Fisher in two words it would have to be
life-changing and unforgettable.
